Dylan Bass is a member of the Adams and Reese Construction Practice Group, assisting attorneys across the firm’s footprint to represent clients in all areas of construction law. Dylan is also experienced in construction litigation, complex commercial litigation, insurance coverage disputes, professional liability, medical malpractice, fiduciary disputes, subrogation, premises liability, and various other civil litigation disputes.

Dylan represents clients in all aspects of litigation in both state and federal court. He has successfully briefed and argued multiple summary judgments in cases asserting claims of professional negligence; obtained numerous resolutions for clients at mediation; and represented a subsidiary of a Fortune 300 company by defending it against state and federal statutory claims and pursuing indemnity actions on its behalf.

Dylan earned his J.D. from South Texas College of Law and received his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University. He is also a former baseball player for Texas A&M University – Kingsville. During law school, Dylan competed in moot court and was awarded Second Best Brief for Petitioner at the University of San Diego School of Law National Criminal Procedure Tournament. He also received the CALI Award (highest grade) in Torts I and was a member of multiple student organizations including the Oil & Gas Law Society, Houston Young Lawyers Association, and Phi Delta Phi.
