Isaac Segura is a member of the Adams and Reese Corporate Services practice group. Based in the Houston office, Isaac assists the group’s attorneys in representing clients across real estate, ancillary corporate services, mergers and acquisitions, and various areas of financial services, including workouts, commercial restructuring, and bankruptcy law.
Isaac formerly served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Marvin Isgur in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas. Isaac is proficient in Spanish. He is an active member of the Hispanic Bar Association of Houston and The Garland R. Walker American Inn of Court.
Isaac received his J.D. from the South Texas College of Law Houston, where he was an Articles Editor for the South Texas Law Review, and a member of the Hispanic Law Student Association. During his time in law school, Isaac was named “Articles Editor of the Year,” received the Dean Elizabeth Dennis Award for Distinguished Service, and graduated as a member of the Order of the Lytae.
Isaac was a student athlete at Rhodes College in Memphis, TN, earning his B.A. in Political Science, with a minor in Spanish. Isaac received the Mike Cody Award, recognizing an undergraduate who embodies future legal success and service, he was co-president of the Rhodes College Latino Law and Justice Association, and a member of the Phi Alpha Theta Honor Society. Isaac also studied abroad in Barcelona, Spain at The Institute for International Education of Students.
