Jason Roussel is a member of the Adams and Reese Intersection of Business and Government Practice. Based in the Baton Rouge office, Jason represents clients in all legal issues that impact their business operations and any complex regulatory hurdles that may impede their corporate growth. He has experience in government relations before state and local agencies, and in general liability and commercial litigation matters, real estate, and financial services.
Jason earned his J.D. from LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center, where he received CALI Excellence awards in Sales and Real Estate Transactions and Securities Regulations. He was on Dean’s List and a Paul M. Hebert Scholar.
Jason received his B.B.A. from Loyola University New Orleans. He earned a certificate in Alternative Investments at the London School of Economics. Before pursuing law school, Jason was employed in the financial services industry as a private banker with IBERIABANK.

During his tenure in banking, he played a key role in business development, collaborating with companies to increase revenue and penetrate new markets.
