Jeff Littlejohn has a strong record of leadership and proven successes in the environmental regulatory and policy fields. His necessary expertise and experience provides regulatory solutions, policy support and executive direction to any client, group or organization.

Jeff’s background in the private sector as a consulting engineer and in government relations includes representation of private and public clients. His success stems from his ability to navigate a complex and ever-changing regulatory landscape. His professional practice experience also includes structural design, environmental engineering, coastal engineering, and maritime transportation project design.

Jeff’s position of executive leadership within the Florida Department of Environmental Protection provided him with important insight into the policy-setting functions of the executive and legislative branches of state government. Serving as Deputy Secretary also afforded him the opportunity to develop close working relationships with the leadership of many state agencies, the Governor's office, members and staff in the Florida Legislature, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

In addition to his role at the firm, Jeff serves as President of National Stormwater Trust and Florida Environmental Network. Prior to his service with the State of Florida, he was a principal at Isiminger & Stubbs Engineering, where he served for more than 10 years as a consulting engineer, specializing in coastal, environmental and marine design and permitting. From 1993 to 2002, Jeff served as an officer in the United States Navy, in the Special Operations community.
