Uriel Martinez is a member of the Adams and Reese Construction Practice Group. Licensed to practice in both Colorado and Texas, Uriel represents clients across the full spectrum of construction law matters, including defects, contract disputes, insurance coverage and warranty claims, and surety bonds, among other legal issues impacting contractors, architects, engineers, and private owners and developers.  

Uriel has experience litigating a variety of business litigation matters, including real estate disputes, commercial leasing disputes, foreclosure, and land use matters; entity/partner business disputes; breach of contract, fraud, and breach of fiduciary duty claims; creditor representation; HOA disputes; construction law, and insurance defense claims.

Uriel is fluent in Spanish and graduated from North Texas with a B.A. in International Studies. He earned his J.D. from Texas A&M University School of Law. Before attending law school, Uriel spent several years as a database manager and IT database systems engineer. Within his practice, Uriel leverages his understanding of technology, technical applications, and data management to provide efficient data-driven strategies and solutions for his clients.
