They say, timing is everything. If you want a liquor license for the weekend of June 17, or to make the agenda for the June 30 ABC meeting, timing could be critical.
The ABC’s online system for licensing – RLPS - will be down from 5:00 pm Thursday, June 16 to 6:00 am the following Monday, June 20. The outage is for planned maintenance. The ABC has posted the following guidance in the red banner:
During this time, we are told that no one will be able to file anything in RLPS. ABC staff cannot use the system. The system will be completely down.
For new licenses, we recommend securing approval and printing the license before the 5:00 pm June 16 deadline. Otherwise, you will have a dry weekend at the bar.
In order to make the June agenda for retail stores and other matters that require full Commission approval, make sure your completed application is submitted in RLPS before 5:00 pm on June 16.

Ticking away the moments that make up a dull day
Fritter and waste the hours in an offhand way
Time is ticking. Get to work on that application.
