Lauren Tafaro will present "Advising Clients on Medical Marijuana Claims: How Employers are Navigating the Grey Areas of Testing, Workplace Safety, Accommodation and ADA Claims" at the American Conference Institute's 2020 Employment Practices Liability Insurance Conference, January 29 in New York City.
As part of a panel discussion, Lauren and her fellow speakers will cover topics including:

- Creating employee training manuals that address medical marijuana use
- Reconciling state and federal marijuana laws

- Managing claims by employees who are claiming disability under the ADA
