Adams and Reese Partner Lyndey Bryant has been selected by South Carolina Lawyers Weekly among the 2025 “Influential Women of Law,” honoring the state’s outstanding women lawyers and judges making a difference in the profession and their communities.
Honorees will be recognized at an awards event and cocktail reception to be held on May 8, 2025, at the Pastides Alumni Center, from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. eastern.
At Adams and Reese, Bryant is a leading member of the Litigation Practice Group. She represents businesses, officers, and directors, in complex civil litigation, arbitration, appeals, as well as administrative proceedings, across a variety of practice areas.
Bryant counsels companies and individuals regarding enforcement and negotiation of complex contract provisions, including employment, non-compete, confidentiality, and trade secret agreements. In addition, she also has experience representing fiduciaries and beneficiaries in disputes related to wealth transfer, such as estate, trust, real estate, and closely held business disputes, and the exercise of fiduciary duties.
Bryant serves on the International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC) Business Litigation Committee and the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging Committee.
Bryant has been honored by clients and peers among the “Best and Brightest, 35 and Under” by Columbia Business Monthly Magazine; among the “Legal Elite of the Midlands” by Columbia Business Monthly; among “Ones to Watch” by Best Lawyers; among the “Rising Stars” by South Carolina Super Lawyers; and as “Young Lawyer of the Year” by the South Carolina Bar.
Bryant earned her B.A. from Furman University and her J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law. She is a recipient of her law school’s Alumni Council Compleat Lawyer Award.
