Adams and Reese attorney Patrick Dungan has been selected to the "Top 40 Under 40" by Mobile Bay Magazine.
Each year, the publication recognizes 40 area community and business leaders under age 40 who demonstrate professional excellence, leadership and a commitment to the Bay area community. Honorees are selected from the business and professional community, the arts, medicine, education, nonprofits and other sectors.
The magazine spotlighted Dungan’s leadership as co-owner and co-founder of the Association Football Club of Mobile, his service as president of the University of South Alabama National Alumni Association, and his commitment to making each case he works on a personal matter, thereby strengthening client relationships in his law practice.
Practicing in the Adams and Reese Mobile office, Dungan has wide-ranging experience in government law, business litigation, general civil litigation, economic development, business transactions, education law, real property disputes, bond financing, premises liability, transportation, and tax matters. He has represented multiple municipalities, planning commissions, and utility boards and provided legal counsel to multiple Fortune 500 companies as well as many regional and local companies.
He provides day-to-day operational advice to municipal governments throughout south Alabama, and he works with clients to promote economic development and provide incentives for business development.
Before joining Adams and Reese, Dungan clerked for the Honorable Roderick P. Stout, 13th Judicial Circuit of Mobile, working on all matters related to the Judge’s civil docket.
Dungan earned his J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law and his B.A. from the University of South Alabama. While in law school, he served as Peer Review Editor on the ABA Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Journal.
