Adams and Reese Partner Clarence Wilbon has been elected to his second term as Chair of the Executive Committee as the national law firm announces EC elections for 2025. The Adams and Reese Executive Committee consists of six partners, elected by fellow partners, to serve three-year terms, while the EC Chair serves a one-year term.
Adams and Reese Partner B. Jeffrey Brooks concluded his sixth term as EC Chair in 2024. Brooks is a leading member of the Government Relations Practice and a Partner in the DC office. Wilbon is a Litigation Partner in the Memphis office and one of the top litigators in the country focused on financial services and products liability. Wilbon previously served as EC Chair in 2023 and has twice served as Chair of the Diversity Committee.
In addition to the election of Wilbon as EC Chair, Adams and Reese Partner Louis Ursini III has been elected to the Executive Committee for a three-year term. Ursini is a Financial Services Litigation Partner in the Tampa office and previously served as the Adams and Reese Financial Services Practice Group Leader.
Jim Rogers, Litigation Partner in New Orleans, will roll off the EC as his three-year term concluded in 2024.
Wilbon and Ursini are joined on the Adams and Reese Executive Committee by current members Rob Bethea, Britton Bonner, Mitch Boult, and Ed Laizer, who continue to serve the EC in 2025.
