Ava Ringhoffer is a member of the Adams and Reese Litigation Practice. Based in the Mobile office, Ava represents clients throughout every stage of the litigation process, and in all commercial litigation, general liability matters, and litigious issues that may impact their business operations.
Ava is a former law clerk at judicial offices, congressional offices, and law firms throughout Alabama, including at Adams and Reese, where she gained experience assisting the Forestry Team’s attorneys in drafting, reviewing, and updating purchase agreements and contractual timelines for timberland sales. She also created memoranda regarding tort reform and premise liability. Ava clerked for the Mobile County District Attorney’s Office, Congressman Bradley Byrne, U.S. House of Representatives, and in the Office of the Governor of Alabama.
An Alabama native, Ava can lay claim to three degrees from The University of Alabama.
Ava earned her J.D. from The University of Alabama, where she was President of the Alabama Law Student Alumni Society, and a member of both the Dorbin Society and the Federalist Society. As an undergraduate at The University of Alabama, Ava received both a B.A. in History and a B.S. in Commerce and Business Administration. She graduated summa cum laude in both degrees. Ava was President of the Alpha Lambda Delta Honor Society and the Undergraduate Historical Society; and a member of the Student Government Association, Alpha Gamma Delta Sorority, Order of Omega Honor Society, and The Carl A. Elliot Society.
