The alcoholic beverage, hospitality, and cannabis industries are filled with passionate and creative individuals who frequently find their business or operational goals at odds with legal and regulatory restrictions. I take a hands-on approach with businesses, getting a comprehensive understanding of their needs and vision so that I can best navigate the constantly evolving legal landscape and identify, structure, and implement the inventive and legally compliant solutions needed to turn their vision into reality.
