Adams and Reese is pleased to announce the addition of Eric Evans as Special Counsel and as a new member of the Intersection of Business and Government Practice. Evans counsels emerging and established businesses across the three alcoholic beverage tiers, in corporate and hospitality matters, and those in the cannabis/CBD industries.
Evans has practiced in Tennessee since 2015, most previously with Rudy Winstead Turner. He is in the Adams and Reese Nashville office.

Evans has additional experience as a business and commercial litigator, and he serves as outside general counsel on a diverse manner of formation and operational matters.
Active in the Nashville legal industry, Evans is a board member of the Nashville Bar Association Young Lawyers Division. He is a Class of 2022 graduate of the Nashville Bar Foundation Leadership Forum.
Evans earned his J.D. from The University of Tennessee College of Law and received his B.A. from the University of Colorado.
