The role involves working closely with multiple local partners and other attorneys throughout the firm’s footprint on our national client-based matters. Experience defending consumer claims under some or all of the following laws is preferred: Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Florida Consumer Collection Practices Act (FCCPA), Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA), Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Fair Credit Billing Act (FCBA), Electronic Fund Transfer Act (EFTA), and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) rules, as well as wire fraud and general banking operations.
