A Culture of Collaboration

In each hire, we look for people who share our commitment to working as a team. At Adams & Reese, attorneys and staff collaborate to serve our clients and the firm. When we win a case, everyone gets credit, from partners to paralegals and everyone in between. Maybe that’s why our staff members tend to stick around: more than 10 years on average, and many for 20, 30, and even 40 years.

A Culture of Training

The longevity of staff tenure speaks also to our culture of training and support. We provide thorough orientation to Adams & Reese systems and work with individuals to ensure that every employee receives the support they need to achieve professional excellence.

A Culture of Connection

Our footprint spans ten states and services clients around the world. Staff collaborate not just within their departments and offices, but across the entire firm. Through these cross-country connections, we build meaningful relationships with each other and deepen our appreciation for the work we do. Whether managing a case for a multistate team or coordinating a conflicts check for a new hire, our staff play an integral role in the success of our firm.
