Bingham serves as Partner in Charge of the Adams and Reese Atlanta office and as Leader of the Commercial Team in the Financial Services Practice Group. He advises clients regarding commercial insolvency, receiverships, monitorships, bankruptcy, and commercial litigation.
Thomson advises clients on commercial litigation and bankruptcy matters, related to commercial finance and debtor/creditor issues. In addition to his litigation and transactional skills, he is qualified as a mediator in disputes arising out of bankruptcy and creditors’ rights matters.
Keeney is the firm’s Financial Services Regulatory and Compliance Team Leader. She has extensive experience helping banks, credit unions, and non-bank financial service providers of all sizes launch and service new financial products, and she helps them navigate the increasingly complex regulatory landscape for fintech services and products. Keeney is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP).
