The publications annually honor South Carolina attorneys by spotlighting the top vote recipients in 50 categories, all of them voted on by their peers. Legal Elite is the only regional awards program that gives every active attorney the chance to participate with the lists determined solely by lawyers’ votes. Attorneys are not allowed to vote for themselves.
Bryant practices primarily in litigation, representing large and small businesses, officers, and directors in complex civil litigation, arbitration, appeals, as well as administrative proceedings.
Maybank represents public/private businesses, commercial real estate developers, government, and nonprofits in state and local tax (SALT), state and local tax controversy issues, and economic development incentives.
McElveen is the Corporate Services Practice Group Leader at Adams and Reese. He primarily practices in real estate development, and banking and finance.
Shealy primarily practices in commercial litigation, construction, title defect, professional negligence, insurance coverage, products liability, and appellate.
