For the third consecutive year, Adams and Reese Partners Don McKinney, Liz Roussel, Kirby Shealy, and Clarence Wilbon have been selected to the 2025 edition of the “Lawdragon 500 Leading Litigators in America.”

- Don McKinney is a Partner in the Adams and Reese New Orleans office. Licensed to try cases in Louisiana and Arkansas, McKinney’s extensive litigation experience has led to numerous awards and recognitions, including election to the American College of Trial Lawyers, and honors by Best Lawyers and Super Lawyers.
- Liz Roussel has enjoyed a more than 20-year legal career in litigation, labor and employment, and insurance law. An Adams and Reese Litigation Practice Group Leader and New Orleans Partner, Roussel is ranked among the top labor and employment attorneys in Louisiana by Chambers USA, Best Lawyers, and Super Lawyers. Roussel represents energy and oil and gas companies, healthcare organizations, financial institutions, Fortune 500 companies, retailers, public entities, nonprofits, state agencies, universities, charter schools, start-ups and technology companies.
- Kirby Shealy is a Partner in the Adams and Columbia office. For close to 30 years, Shealy’s practice has encompassed commercial litigation, construction, title defects, professional negligence, insurance coverage, and products liability. He also defends catastrophic injury, mass tort, and toxic tort claims against trucking, manufacturing, and other commercial enterprises at both the trial and appellate level. Shealy is a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America and honored by Benchmark Litigation, Best Lawyers, and Legal Elite of the Midlands, among others.
- Clarence Wilbon is a Partner in the Adams and Reese Memphis office, Chair of the Diversity Committee, and former Executive Committee Chair. In addition to serving in leadership roles, Wilbon is one of the top litigators in the country focused on financial services and products liability. A Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America, Wilbon has enjoyed a close to 25-year legal career. His litigation practice covers businesses’ concerns across multiple industries, including representation of health care and life sciences companies concerning risk management, products liability, contract disputes, employment, restrictive covenants, and a full range of business disputes.
