Adams and Reese attorney Mary Clark Joyner has been selected into the Class of 2025 of Leadership Madison County. Joyner continues a long line of Adams and Reese attorneys who have participated in Mississippi’s prestigious leadership program.
LMC, a nine-month program, is the Madison County Chamber’s premier program that aims to cultivate and invest in the leaders of Madison County, Mississippi, by providing a foundation and lifelong commitment to leadership by raising awareness of key issues that impact the county. Typical sessions include government, education, law and order, agriculture, business development, and economic development, to name a few.

At Adams and Reese, Mary Clark Joyner is a member of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. She is an Associate in the Jackson office. She advises and advocates for clients that range from publicly traded companies and school districts to small businesses and individuals. Her practice areas include labor and employment, education, constitutional and civil rights claims, and general appellate practice before Mississippi state and federal courts.
Joyner received her J.D. from Mississippi College School of Law and earned her B.A. from the University of Mississippi. During law school, she served on the Law Review executive board, served on the Moot Court executive board, and was inducted in the Order of Barristers. She also interned for The Honorable Josiah D. Coleman of the Mississippi Supreme Court.
