MCCA’s Sources of Success Program selects 33 attorneys nationwide and is a highly competitive professional development program for high potential talent from corporate legal departments and law firms. Each year, the curriculum evolves to address the needs of the cohort to excel as leaders within their own organizations through leadership assessment, development, and a professional strategic plan, which supports their ascent into leadership roles.
This year’s participants include representatives from Microsoft, Google, Workday, Pfizer, Tapestry, American Express, Textron, KPMG, Target, Seyfarth Shaw, Skadden, Greenberg Traurig, Winston & Strawn, among others. In 2023, Adams and Reese earned the MCCA Approved SILVER Seal. This prestigious accreditation is bestowed upon law firms and corporate legal departments as a national framework for successfully establishing sustainable diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies and achieving actionable solutions.
