Alex Bondurant (Jackson) practices primarily in real estate, forestry, energy/oil and gas, and renewable energy, representing a variety of forestry clients across the Southeast as a member of the firm’s forestry team. Bondurant is a former petroleum landman and title abstracter. He has been recognized by peers and clients among Mid-South Rising Stars and Best Lawyers Ones to Watch in Oil and Gas Law. Bondurant has served as President of the Mississippi Oil and Gas Lawyers Association and is a member of the vestry at St. James’ Episcopal Church in Jackson. He earned his J.D. and B.A. from the University of Mississippi.
Nash Campbell (Mobile) focuses his practice primarily on education law, representing public school boards, in addition to representing clients in municipal law, government litigation, general civil litigation, personal injury litigation, and business law. Campbell serves as chief litigator on behalf of school boards, and he represents the Alabama Trust for Boards of Education, which provides liability coverage to public school boards. He was awarded Mid-South Rising Stars and Lawyers of Distinction. Campbell earned his J.D. from Faulkner University Thomas Goode Jones School of Law, and he received his B.A. from Auburn University.
Joshua Cumby (Nashville) works with the firm’s litigation and appellate teams. His practice includes intellectual property litigation and dispute resolution, labor and employment, commercial litigation, and entertainment/new media. Cumby is recognized by peers and clients among Best Lawyers Ones to Watch in Litigation and Intellectual Property. He is a frequent author on topics involving appellate law and the intersection of law and technology. Cumby earned his J.D. from George Mason University School of Law, and received his Bachelor of Music from The University of Texas at Austin.
Patrick Dungan (Mobile) practices municipal law, utilities law, government relations, economic development, land use, education law, and government litigation. He represents municipalities, planning commissions, and utility boards and provides legal counsel to Fortune 500 companies as well as many regional and local companies. He is recognized among Best Lawyers Ones to Watch in Government Relations. Dungan earned his J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law and received his B.A. from the University of South Alabama.
Susan Eccles (Baton Rouge) serves as the Partner in Charge of the Adams and Reese Baton Rouge office, while maintaining a diverse legal practice centered on construction, state and federal procurement/government contracts, commercial litigation, and professional liability. She has been recognized by her peers among Louisiana’s Rising Stars in Construction. She recently earned a Certificate in Construction Management, graduating from LSU’s Post-Baccalaureate Program. Susan received her J.D. from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law and earned her B.A. from Loyola University New Orleans.
Bradley Sanders (Mobile) practices primarily in the areas of financial services, forestry, and real estate. He counsels financial institutions, owners, developers, and investors in various matters involving timber, timberlands, commercial property acquisitions and sales, financing and real estate projects and developments. His client base spans multiple industries and business natures, including oil and gas, energy, restaurants, construction, and businesses and individuals acquiring historic buildings. He received his J.D. from the University of Mississippi School of Law and earned his B.A. from Millsaps College.
Billy Wright (New Orleans) focuses on professional liability, management liability, employment, and general insurance defense. He devotes the remainder of his practice to a wide array of litigation, including contract disputes, business torts, and disputes pertaining to successions, wills, and trusts. While Wright’s main clients include Louisiana’s largest health care provider, Fortune 500 companies, major commercial insurance companies, and charter schools, his wide-ranging experience helps him understand the challenges and day-to-day operations of his clients in government, transportation, housing, construction, automotive, hospitality, oil and gas, maritime, education, retail, restaurant, and healthcare. Wright has been recognized among Louisiana’s Rising Stars and Best Lawyers Ones to Watch. Wright earned his J.D. from Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center and received his B.S. from LSU.
