Sean Buckley is a member of the Corporate Services Practice Group and an attorney in the Houston office. He advises clients on a wide array of corporate matters, including the purchase and sale of equity and assets, and in a diverse array of industries, including real estate transactions, entity selection and formation, corporate governance, and franchise opportunity matters. Buckley earned his J.D. and M.B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh, and his B.A. from Villanova University.

Todd Engelhardt is a member of the Litigation Practice Group and serves as Partner in Charge of the Birmingham office. He represents employers in labor and employment disputes; counsels financial institutions on compliance and operational issues; represents public entities in election law matters; and litigates general commercial contract and tort cases across various industries, including construction, manufacturing, distribution, sales, transportation, entertainment, and retail. Engelhardt earned his J.D. from Florida State University College of Law and his B.S. from Florida State University.

Ashley Harbin is a member of the Intersection of Business and Government Practice Group and an attorney in the Nashville office. As a seasoned advisor who navigates clients through the intersection of law, government, and public policy, Harbin provides strategic counsel to a broad spectrum of clients. She guides them through GR and advocacy efforts at the state and local levels, including lobbying before the Tennessee General Assembly. Harbin earned her J.D from Charleston School of Law and her B.A. from the University of Tennessee.

Alex Lamb is a member of the Litigation Practice Group and an attorney in the New Orleans office. Lamb concentrates her practice on appellate and general litigation. She represents clients in a variety of areas, including complex litigation, energy and environmental litigation, commercial litigation, and insurance coverage. Lamb earned her J.D. from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, and her M.S. and B.S. from Tulane University.

Tiffany Love is a member of the Corporate Services Practice Group and an attorney in the Tampa office. Practicing in real estate law, Love advises residential and professional community associations across the state of Florida and represents clients in civil litigation issues related to real estate, involving real property, condominium and homeowner association issues, real estate disputes, foreclosures, insurance disputes, bankruptcy, and collections. Love earned her J.D. from Stetson University College of Law and her B.S. from the University of South Florida.

Aaron McLeod is a member of the Litigation Practice Group and an attorney in the Birmingham office. McLeod specializes in appellate litigation and dispositive-motion briefing. He is experienced in defending business litigation, construction defects, wrongful death, and professional malpractice cases, and he represents clients in lawsuits concerning charter schools, oil-and-gas disputes, and administrative law. McLeod earned his J.D. summa cum laude from University of Alabama School of Law and his B.A. from University of Mobile.

Ashlee Poplin is a member of the Construction Practice Group and an attorney in the Charlotte office. She specializes in construction law and litigation issues, advising clients on workplace health and safety and matters related to contract review, drafting and litigation, lien law, bond law, insurance, mediation, arbitration, and all other aspects of litigation. Poplin earned her J.D. from Campbell University Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law and her B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Blake Richardson is a member of the Litigation Practice Group and an attorney in the Mobile office. He represents clients in insurance litigation, including cases involving motor vehicles and trucking, and represents individuals, corporations, and governmental entities in construction litigation, maritime disputes, and in products and premises liability cases. Richardson earned his J.D. from University of Mississippi School of Law and his B.S. from University of Alabama. He is an honors graduate from Culverhouse School of Accountancy.

Katelin Varnado is a member of the Construction Practice Group and an attorney in the Baton Rouge office. She represents clients in all areas of construction, general liability, insurance defense, commercial litigation, and advises clients on government relations and regulatory matters. Varnado earned her J.D. from Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center and her B.S. from Louisiana State University.

Collin Weyand is a member of the Construction Practice Group and an attorney in the Houston office. He practices primarily in the areas of insurance coverage, construction litigation, and oil and gas litigation. Weyand earned his J.D. from South Texas College of Law, his B.A. from Stephen F. Austin State University, and his A.A. from Trinity Valley Community College.

Andrew Wilson is a member of the Financial Services Practice Group and an attorney in the Sarasota office. A commercial litigator, Wilson practices primarily in the areas of consumer law, post-judgment collections, and mechanics liens. He represents individuals, businesses, and financial institutions in all aspects of litigation. Wilson earned his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law and his B.A. from the University of Central Florida.
