Adams and Reese is pleased to announce seasoned litigators Lauren Frieder and Tiffany Love have joined the firm’s Tampa, Florida office. The addition of the two attorneys bolsters the firm’s litigation services, specifically the real estate practice.
“Lauren and Tiffany have track records serving as zealous advocates for businesses and organizations across the state, which makes them a great fit at Adams and Reese,” said Eric Partlow, Partner in charge of the firm’s Tampa office. “We are happy to add two outstanding attorneys to further our litigation practice in the state of Florida.”
Lauren Frieder joins the firm as Special Counsel, primarily focusing on real estate, insurance, and commercial law. As a trial attorney, Frieder routinely litigates matters involving complex business disputes, business torts, real estate transactions, breach of buyer and seller contracts, title disputes, evictions, unlawful detainer and ejectment actions, easements and boundary disputes, quiet title, foreclosures, property use and variances, lien and code enforcements, and commission disputes between brokerages.
Frieder advises clients from large corporations to start-ups, as well as non-profits and investors. She frequently counsels businesses and individuals regarding asset protection, wealth management, and risk management in her practice.
Frieder received her J.D. from Western Michigan University-Cooley Law School in 2015. In addition to her J.D., she received two Master’s Degrees from the University of Tampa, a Broadcasting degree from Ohio Center for Broadcasting, and a B.A. from Ohio Northern University.
Also joining as Special Counsel, Tiffany Love serves as a legal advisor to various residential and professional community associations across the state of Florida in her real estate-focused practice. With a concentration on civil litigation, she advises clients on matters involving real property, condominium associations, homeowners’ associations, real estate disputes, foreclosures, insurance disputes, bankruptcy, and collections.
Love has successfully litigated countless client matters pertaining to business and contract disputes and deed restriction enforcement. Additionally, she has successfully defended receivership actions and breach of fiduciary duty claims against non-profit board members.
Love received her J.D. from Stetson University College of Law in 2011 and her B.A. in Political Science from the University of South Florida in 2006.
