The Adams and Reese Aviation and Aerospace Team has a new arrival – Tyler Conklin, former in-house counsel at Atlas Air, Inc. Conklin joins Adams and Reese as an Associate and will work out of the national law firm’s DC office alongside Aviation and Aerospace Team co-leaders Marc Warren and Paul Alp.
“Tyler is an extraordinary attorney with a sharp legal mind and extensive real-world experience in the aviation and aerospace industry. We are thrilled that she is joining Adams and Reese to continue to grow our Aviation and Aerospace Team,” said Alp. “Tyler has an in-depth understanding of the industry and shares our commitment to solving complex problems by providing pragmatic, innovative advice.”

Conklin served as the legal focal for the flight operation department and regularly advised leaders on matters of crucial importance to business and operations. Her extensive experience includes advising on a variety of legal and regulatory regimes applicable to the airline; handling global investigations and whistleblower claims; and leading settlement discussions and high-stakes negotiations.
Conklin earned her J.D. from University of Connecticut School of Law, receiving an Energy and Environmental Law Certificate. She received her B.A. in Political Science and International Studies at Pittsburg State University.
“We are honored that Tyler is joining our team,” said Warren. “She has a track record of success, deep roots in the industry, and a commitment to excellence that will make our practice soar.”
