Rising Adams and Reese attorneys from across the law firm’s regional footprint are participating in Mitratech’s AdvanceLaw Diversity Mentorship Program.
The Mitratech AdvanceLaw DMP initiative began five years ago to offer rising-star law firm associates a year-long mentorship opportunity to network with senior in-house lawyers and general counsel at the nation’s top businesses.
Our 2024 attorneys in the DMP program include Litigation Associates Anam Fazli (Houston) and Mary Kate Fernandez (New Orleans); and Intersection of Business and Government (IBG) Associates Christie Coston (Tampa), Claire Sauls (Baton Rouge), and Taylor Brooks (Nashville).
Mitratech is a global technology partner for corporate legal, risk, compliance, and HR professionals, serving over 20,000 organizations worldwide spanning more than 160 countries. The DMP was inspired during a 2019 Summit where AdvanceLaw’s member general counsel and panel firm managing partners identified a shared goal to foster the success of diverse associates poised for partnership roles.
Since the DMP’s inception, over 90 mentoring pairs have been established, leading to 44% of former mentees rising to partners within their respective law firms.
