Woodhouse is a first-chair IP litigator and one of the leading members of the Adams and Reese Global IP practice group, with her practice focused on global IP litigation and enforcement and trademark litigation. A Partner in Nashville, Woodhouse prosecutes and defends against motions for temporary restraining orders and preliminary injunctions in “bet-the-company” IP disputes.

Woodhouse is an active member of the Tennessee Bar Association and Nashville Bar Association Intellectual Property sections. Woodhouse has been published in multiple media outlets, including Intellectual Asset Management and IP Watchdog, and is a frequent speaker on protecting, managing, and monetizing intellectual property assets.

At Adams and Reese, Schrader serves as the Anti-Counterfeiting Team Leader and one of the leading members of the Global Intellectual Property practice. A Partner in Nashville, Schrader crafts modern brand and content protection strategies for a wide range of multinational businesses as counterfeiting cuts across virtually every product sector. In addition to fighting counterfeit sales, Schrader also works to protect celebrity clients from reputational damage caused by online imposters, fake endorsements and other deceptive marketing scams.

Within the global trademark industry, Schrader serves as vice chair of the International Trademark Association (INTA) Anticounterfeiting Committee. She has held leadership positions within the INTA since 2020, formerly serving as U.S. Subcommittee Chair for the Anticounterfeiting Committee. She serves as Chair of the Anticounterfeiting Policy Global Project Team and Anticounterfeiting Guide Editor on INTA’s Publications Committee.
