Construction Attorney Adam Prom Joins Jacksonville Office

Practicing construction law and litigation in Florida for more than a decade, Adam Prom has joined Adams & Reese as a member of the Construction Practice Group and as Counsel in the Jacksonville office. Prom was previously a Partner in the Jacksonville office of a national law firm.
Prom is the sixth attorney over the last two years to join the Adams & Reese Jacksonville office, including recent hires: Aviation & Aerospace Team Co-Leader Marc L. Warren; Construction Partner Frank Moya; Litigation Attorneys Chris Earle and Grace Speas; and Intersection of Business & Government Attorney Marc W. Warren.
Prom represents corporate clients in all areas of construction law and construction litigation. He is experienced across a wide array of civil litigation areas, including business litigation, medical and professional liability defense, labor and employment disputes, product liability defense, trucking litigation, and premises liability defense. Prom has been ranked for four consecutive years (2022-2025) among the Best Lawyers “Ones to Watch.”
Prom serves as President-Elect of the Jacksonville Bar Association Young Lawyers Section, where he has been a board member since 2018. He is also a member of the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce. A Florida native, Prom received his B.A. and J.D. from the University of Florida.
