Jennifer Roselius Strengthens Adams & Reese Corporate Services Practice

Jennifer Roselius, with close to 20 years of experience as a transactional attorney and as an in-house corporate and real estate counsel, has joined Adams & Reese in the Corporate Services Practice Group.
Based in the national law firm’s Mobile, Alabama office, Roselius represents clients in real estate, public finance transactions, commercial finance, M&A, private and public securities offerings, and other corporate and transactional matters. Most recently, Roselius was Counsel at Hand Arendall Harrison Sale, and prior, she spent seven years as corporate and real estate counsel at D.R. Horton Inc., representing one of the nation’s largest homebuilders on private builder and significant bulk asset acquisitions.
“Jennifer’s unique blend of experience in both private practice and in-house corporate counsel are a major asset to Adams & Reese. Freeman added: “Jennifer’s deep understanding of the intertwined intricacies of real estate law, M&A, finance and corporate matters, strengthens our ability to further navigate transactions, oversee due diligence, and manage legal compliance for our clients, particularly within the real estate and economic development sectors.”
Roselius’ clients range across various professional services, including real estate developers, builders, health care providers, and banks. She also represents nonprofit tax-exempt organizations in acquiring and developing facilities and financing such projects through tax-exempt bond issuances.
At D.R. Horton, Roselius handled acquisitions and other transactions, while also overseeing title review, local law matters, due diligence, and other work delegated to outside counsel. She oversaw compliance with state laws, regulations and licensing requirements, litigation, alternative dispute resolution, and contract negotiations and disputes.
Roselius received her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, and she earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Alabama.
