Overview

Caleb Diaz is a member of the Adams & Reese Litigation practice, experienced in several areas of law, including insurance, labor and employment, commercial litigation, personal injury, and sports and entertainment. Caleb’s work in sports and entertainment, specifically in the NIL realm, has garnered attention from national media outlets, including ESPN.

Caleb earned his Bachelor of Science from Florida State University in sports management and since has parlayed that passion for sports into his practice of law. He has authored articles on NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness) deals and the litigation and laws surrounding those deals among corporations, student-athletes, and NCAA rules and regulations. Caleb was a certified advisor with the Canadian Football League and represented several players, including negotiating team player contracts between his clients and the front office of the League’s teams.

Caleb earned his J.D. from Samford University, Cumberland School of Law. While in law school, Caleb received the Scholar of Merit Award in Environmental Law.

In the community, Caleb serves on the board of directors for The Alex McDonald Foundation, which provides two annual $2,500 scholarships to Marion County (Florida) public high school student-athletes admitted into a Florida public university or college. Caleb provides guidance, direction, and decision-making for the philanthropic organization and assists in fundraising, community outreach, and awarding collegiate scholarships. 

Caleb also serves as a board member for the Young Professionals of Baldwin County and as a member of the Baldwin County Bar Association's Civil Practice and Procedure Committee.
