Overview
Garrett Zoghby has defended nursing facilities, nurse practitioners, hotels and retail clients, premises owners, transportation companies, aviation owners/operators, and professionals such as engineers, land surveyors, and attorneys. He has experience with state-agent immunity and qualified immunity issues through representation of counties, municipalities, and governmental agencies. He is an experienced practitioner and routinely handles matters in both state court and federal court. Garrett has earned the designation of CLMP, Certified Litigation Management Professional, from the Litigation Management Institute.
Garrett has an active voice within the local legal profession and community. He serves on the Executive Committee of the Paul W. Brock American Inn of Court, the Executive Committee of the Mobile Bar Association Young Lawyers section, and serves as chairman of the Mobile Bar Association Entertainment Committee (2020 to present). Garrett serves as an Ambassador for the Mobile Chamber of Commerce. Garrett was a part of the 2023 Class of Leadership Mobile and has also served on the Senior Bowl Committee. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Child Advocacy Center and Rapahope. He is a member of Alabama Defense Lawyers Association (ADLA) and a member of the Defense Research Institute (DRI).
