As a fifth generation New Orleanian and attorney, practicing law was a lifelong aspiration of mine that I’m proud to now carry out each day. My education, professional experience, and personal values allow me to represent my clients’ needs diligently.
Hailey Cummiskey is a member of the Adams and Reese Litigation Practice Group, representing corporate clients in litigation and transactional matters on state and federal levels.
Hailey has experience in all aspects of the litigation process, both in and out of the courtroom, from inception of any matter and consultation with clients, to the resolution of the case. A former Adams and Reese law clerk, Hailey has experience in several practice areas, including oil and gas, medical malpractice, labor and employment, maritime, and insurance coverage.
Hailey earned her J.D. from LSU’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center, where she was a Development Editor for the Louisiana Law Review. She was an Hebert Scholar, a recipient of the Dean’s Scholarship, a research assistant for Professor William R. Corbett, and the Torts Academic Tutor. Hailey was also an extern in the Chambers of United States Magistrate Judge, the Hon. Donna Phillips Currault, in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana.
Graduating from LSU, Hailey received her Bachelor of Arts in English. She served as Vice President of Membership and Recruitment, as well as Director of Social Media for the Louisiana Beta Chapter of Pi Beta Phi Fraternity for Women. A New Orleans native, Hailey graduated high school from Mount Carmel Academy.
Hailey is proud of her commitment to volunteerism and community service. She is a former volunteer for Read, Lead, Achieve, working with children to develop learning and reading skills, and organizing book drives for elementary schools in need.
