Overview
John Stiffler primarily practices in complex civil litigation, representing corporate clients in diverse industries, primarily including commercial contracts, property litigation, vehicle accident liability, intellectual property, construction, and other complex commercial litigation matters, both at the state and federal level across the State of Florida.
Within his litigation practice, John has extensive experience representing commercial carriers on a wide range of transportation litigation, to include catastrophic and complex multi-party collisions involving tractor-trailers, tow trucks, bus lines, and other commercial vehicles. John has also developed his practice to focus on litigating contracts in a variety of commercial sales and services, consumer product disputes, construction, and real property acquisition, as well as property litigation for commercial purchases, leases and rents, and easement disputes.
A Florida native and member of a family of lawyers practicing in Florida, John followed in his family’s footsteps to practice law as well. He earned his J.D. at the University of Michigan Law School. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Classical Studies, with honors, from the University of Pennsylvania.
