Marc W. Warren is a member of the Adams and Reese Intersection of Business and Government Practice. Based in the Jacksonville office, Marc assists clients in navigating through a myriad of business and regulatory issues, including economic development, public finance, and government relations. He represents businesses with any legal needs before state and local governments and regulatory agencies.

Marc is a former law clerk with Adams and Reese, where he gained experience across various practice areas, including civil litigation, tort litigation, and bankruptcy law. Marc has formerly interned for the American Bar Association Governmental Affairs Office in Washington, DC; the State Attorney’s Office for the Fourth Judicial Circuit in Jacksonville; and the Office of The Judge Advocate General in Fort Belvoir, Virginia.

Marc earned his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he contributed to the Florida Journal of International Law, and was a member of the law school’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Team, Federalist Society, and Entertainment and Sports Law Society. He received his B.A. in History from the University of Virginia, where he was a member of the Sigma Pi Fraternity and a Judge for the Inter-Fraternity Council Judiciary Committee.

Marc also serves as an officer in the Florida Army National Guard. Marc’s experience includes serving as a Platoon Leader and Executive Officer of a Forward Support Company providing logistics support to a Field Artillery Battalion.
