Meredith Wallen is a member of the Adams and Reese Litigation Practice Group. She represents corporate clients across various industries and practice areas, including construction, commercial disputes, transportation, labor and employment, insurance coverage, premises liability, premises security, toxic tort, and police/municipal liability matters. 

Meredith’s additional representative experience includes drafting and reviewing contracts, including NDAs, option letters, and employment agreements, and implementing in-house employee policies; in addition to defending construction accident claims and other high-exposure premises liability claims.

Meredith is licensed in Tennessee, New Jersey, and New York.

Meredith earned her J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law, where she was Executive Editor of the Journal of Science and Technology Law. Meredith interned with the New York Attorney General’s Office and New Jersey Transit and worked as an Instructional Associate in the Communications Law Department at S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University while earning a master’s in television, radio, and film. During law school, she participated in the Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic, in addition to the Bankruptcy Clinic.

Meredith received her B.S. in Political Science from East Tennessee State University, where she graduated cum laude.
