Overview
Nash Campbell focuses his practice primarily on education law and representing public school boards. With experience successfully arguing before the Eleventh Circuit Court and before the Supreme Court of Alabama from early on in his career, Nash is an experienced litigator who aims to be hands-on with his clients at every stage of a matter.
Nash’s experience includes litigating school law issues, including school employment issues, contractual issues and personal injury issues relating to incidents occurring on school campuses.
Nash attends school board meetings and acts as the chief litigator on behalf of school boards throughout south Alabama. He also works with boards of education and individual schools, consulting them and their personnel daily and providing litigation services when needed.
As Alabama’s education system experiences change, Nash is helping to establish charter schools. Additionally, he assists school systems with the separation from larger ones, helping them to develop their own structures and governance.
Nash also represents the Alabama Trust for Boards of Education, which provides liability coverage to public school boards in the state.
In addition to his education law focus, Nash represents clients in municipal law, general civil litigation, personal injury litigation and business law.
