Reynolds Sorrell is a member of the Intersection of Business & Government practice group at Adams & Reese, where he focuses on guiding clients through complex regulatory environments with a particular emphasis on municipal and administrative law. Reynolds represents a variety of municipal entities, including utilities, advising on legal, operational, and regulatory matters.

Reynolds also has significant practice representing clients before the Alabama Alcohol and Beverage Control (ABC) Board, assisting with both licensing and compliance issues for businesses operating in the state’s highly regulated alcohol industry. In addition to his regulatory and municipal work, Reynolds maintains a diverse litigation practice, with experience in general liability, employment law, and contract drafting/ dispute resolution.

Reynolds earned his J.D. from Cumberland School of Law, Samford University, and he received his B.A. from The University of Alabama, majoring in political science. While in law school, Reynolds competed on the National Negotiation Team and served as President of the Air and Space Law Society.

The Business Council of Alabama bestowed upon Reynolds the BCA fellowship, introducing Reynolds while in college to the business and advocacy worlds, with a hands-on opportunity to learn how to structure and promote a message at the state capitol.

In the community, Reynolds is involved with the Mobile County Wildlife and Conservation Association. Reynolds is also an Eagle Scout.
