Robert A. Vosbein

Robert has litigated cases in the US District Courts of Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida and Texas, and in the Fifth and Eleventh Circuit Courts of Appeal, and the US Supreme Court. He is admitted to practice in Louisiana and Florida and has also argued at various levels of state courts in Mississippi, Alabama and Texas.

Robert was formerly Adams & Reese Executive Committee Chair, New Orleans Partner in Charge, and Commercial Practice Team Leader. Today he shares what he’s learned about a full spectrum of legal issues to lawyers across the firm. His partners synthesize that experience, which ultimately translates into benefits for clients.

A past faculty member of the Tulane Law School’s Trial Advocacy Program, Robert now contributes his knowledge to its Dean's Advisory Board. He belongs to several professional organizations, including the New Orleans, Louisiana State, Florida State and American Bar Associations. He is also a member of the Defense Research Institute, the Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel and the New Orleans Association of Defense Counsel.
