Skylar Holland is a member of the Adams and Reese Litigation Practice. Based in the Houston office, Skylar represents corporate clients throughout every stage of the litigation process, including dispute resolution, and in all commercial litigation, general liability matters, and litigious issues that may impact their business operations.
Skylar gained legal experience as a law clerk at various law firms in Austin and Houston, including at Adams and Reese. During law school she also interned for the Supreme Court of Texas Permanent Judicial Commission for Children, Youth and Families.
A Texas native, Skylar earned both her J.D. and B.A. from The University of Texas at Austin. At The University of Texas School of Law, Skylar served as staff editor for the Texas Journal on Civil Liberties & Civil Rights; represented clients as a student attorney for the Children’s Rights Clinic as well as the Domestic Violence Clinic; was a member of the Women’s Law Caucus and Public Interest Law Association; and volunteered for Disability Rights Texas on several pro bono projects.
As an undergraduate at The University of Texas at Austin, Skylar double majored in Government, and Iberian and Latin American Language and Culture. She interned at the Texas Star Alliance, was a student mentor for Students Expanding Austin Literacy and a research assistant for Project SEED.
