Stacia Daigle is a member of the Adams and Reese Litigation Practice Group. She represents clients across varied industries including on matters involving healthcare liability, premises liability, products liability, breach of commercial contracts, and employment litigation, including class action cases under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). Stacia has also represented clients in investigations and contested matters involving state regulatory agencies.

Stacia has experience working with individuals and corporations through all phases of the litigation process, including dispositive motions, hearings, trial, and appellate briefing. In her litigation practice, Stacia represents small, medium-sized, and large commercial entities and employers, healthcare facilities, medical providers, and products manufacturers, among business types across additional industries.

Working in the heart of Nashville, Stacia has also represented clients in breach of contract disputes in the entertainment industry. While in law school, she served as a contracts analyst with Country Music Television (CMT), and as a legal intern for both Volunteer Lawyers & Professionals for the Arts and HarperCollins Publishers.

Stacia earned her J.D. from Belmont University College of Law, receiving an Entertainment & Music Business Law Certificate. She was an Articles & Notes Editor with the Belmont Law Review. She was a member of the Dean’s List and a recipient of the Bruin Scholarship.

Before law school, Stacia received her Bachelor of Science in Music Industry, summa cum laude, from The College of Saint Rose in Albany, New York. Her honors included Delta Epsilon Iota Academic Honor Society, Dean’s List, Vice President’s Student Leadership Award, Saint Rose Award, Provost Scholarship and Music Talent Award Scholarship.

Stacia is not only a talented attorney, but she is also a classically trained flutist and bagpiper. She led a world champion youth bagpipe band to victory in a competition in Glasgow, Scotland.
